Sweet Tea Yoga, a single-location studio with about 12 instructors (11–50 employees), struggled to grant remote access to staff and substitute teachers, deal with latecomers interrupting classes, and manage front‑desk coverage. They chose Kisi and use the Kisi app—specifically the door timer feature—to solve access and scheduling challenges.

Kisi implemented its mobile app and door timer so the studio door stays unlocked for class start and automatically locks five minutes into class, allowing remote onboarding of substitute instructors and one-off access for vendors without physical keys. As a result, classes are no longer interrupted by latecomers, instructors don’t need to intervene, access can be granted remotely (even to a replacement phone), and Sweet Tea Yoga avoided hiring a front‑door attendant.
