Mindbodygreen, a wellness media company with one location, 40 employees and 1,000+ customers, faced challenges tracking use of different spaces, frequent lost keycards, and difficulty granting temporary access to freelancers. They implemented Kisi as their access control solution to replace physical keys and codes.

Kisi set up three access levels (admin, employee, cleaning staff), provided Kisi fobs for cleaners with remote-entry ability, and enabled freelancer access via emailed links. The Google Calendar integration schedules doors from 9–6. As a result, Mindbodygreen eliminated “I forgot the code / I lost my keycard” issues, gained clear visibility into who has access, and simplified secure, scheduled entry for staff and vendors.
