With Kisi, The Farm Soho automated the entire onboarding flow (new sign‑ups trigger account creation, member info is sent to Kisi, the front desk database updates, and door access is granted by membership tier), added Google Calendar integration to monetize and lock/unlock conference rooms, and used Zapier for broader workflow automation. Kisi’s solution created a fully automated space, significantly minimized staff overheads, improved space utilization tracking, and unlocked new revenue opportunities.
