How International Coworking Spaces Use Kisi

Vibration Workingshare, a coworking space with about 55 members and seven doors, initially opened without Kisi and faced the challenge of managing access, onboarding and scaling across locations. They adopted Kisi’s cloud-based access control solution, integrating it with their Nexudus management system to provide remote unlocking and member onboarding.

Kisi enabled Vibration Workingshare to automate operations with easy configuration, let the manager open doors from anywhere, and eliminate the need to hand out physical keys or badges. By integrating Kisi with Nexudus, the space now manages access for seven doors and ~55 members remotely, saving time and overhead, improving member experience, and simplifying scaling to additional locations.
