A Kisi Case Study
Saint Jude Catholic Church and School, a religious and educational organization in Indianapolis, needed a better way to secure five campus buildings used by parishioners, students, staff, and daycare families. Before adopting Kisi, doors were managed with traditional keys and a single daycare fob system, leaving 25 years’ worth of keys in circulation, many unreturned, and creating unnecessary administrative work for staff.
Kisi deployed access control across all primary entry points using Kisi Reader and Kisi Controller, with mobile access, keycards, visitor management, and time-restricted user groups. The result was a more secure and welcoming campus with remotely managed access, automated door schedules, and only about five minutes a day needed to program recurring access needs. Saint Jude said Kisi made the system easy to use, reduced reliance on keys, and improved convenience for both admins and users.
