Century 21, a real estate firm with 11 locations, 450+ employees and 500+ customers, struggled to manage access for guest realtors, brokers, lawyers, mortgage agents and vendors. Granting access required copying 25+ keys and fobs each week and was difficult to scale across offices, so Century 21 adopted Kisi's cloud-based access control and mobile app (integrated with Google Directory) to modernize entry management.

Kisi enabled fast onboarding and remote, role-based access—admins synced users through Google Directory and had everyone set up in about an hour—while allowing mobile granting of temporary or project-based vendor access and real-time logging. Deployed on four doors with 12 planned, Kisi eliminated routine key/fob copying, provided 24/7 controlled access with proximity rules, and made access management scalable across Century 21’s offices.
