Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science’s Doctor of Nursing Practice–Nurse Anesthesia program was facing rapidly growing application volumes while relying on a time-consuming, in-person interview process. By working with Kira Talent and its asynchronous assessment platform, the program needed a more efficient way to manage admissions without pulling faculty, staff, and students away from clinics and classes.

Kira Talent implemented a streamlined, customizable video assessment integrated with Slate and NursingCAS, allowing applicants to complete interviews asynchronously and faculty to review submissions on their own schedules. The change saved days of work, improved admissions efficiency, and delivered strong outcomes: 95% of students reported satisfaction with the process, and the program rose from the top 75 to the top 15 in national rankings.
