Northeastern Pharmacy finds applicants with key employability traits in less time

Northeastern University Bouvé College of Health Sciences’ PharmD direct-entry pathway needed a reliable way to evaluate applicants’ communication and other soft skills after moving from in-person interviews to a virtual format in 2020. Unable to replicate their traditional process with an internal solution, the program adopted Kira Talent’s assessment platform (including Asynchronous Assessments and recorded interview components) to preserve the quality and character of their interview experience.
