UAB Heersink School of Medicine needed to restore the integrity of its Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) process after a modified Zoom setup created scheduling headaches, added tech-support burden, and caused the loss of a year of valuable admissions data. The school also needed a virtual interviewing solution that could support a complex, high-volume process for multiple programs.
