Dalhousie MPAS finds new methods of reaching post-graduate medical applicants

Dalhousie University’s Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) program needed a better way to reach post-graduate medical applicants. As the only program of its kind on Canada’s East Coast, it wanted to attract qualified maritime residents while overcoming the travel, time, and cost barriers created by its in-person interview process, and it turned to Kira Talent for support.

Kira Talent helped Dalhousie MPAS move its Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) process online, making admissions more accessible for applicants and easier for reviewers to participate in. The program set up the platform in under four months with Kira Talent’s support, and reported positive experiences from both applicants and reviewers, along with greater flexibility and reduced travel burden for candidates.
