Aoi Partners, a tax accounting firm in Aichi Prefecture, was struggling to manage rapidly growing volumes of customer, employee, and contractor information as it expanded. Before adopting Kintone, the company relied on a patchwork of chats, spreadsheets, and other tools, which led to duplicated entries, disorganized data, and difficulty tracking project status across the business.

Using Kintone’s app-building and database capabilities, Aoi Partners centralized customer data, contractor management, FAQs, task status, and other workflows into about 15 custom apps.
