CRMPlus+, a Dutch-based consultancy and KingswaySoft Authorized Implementation Partner, was working with a fiber-optic service provider that needed to complete several complex ETL projects. The client's challenges included backing up their Dynamics 365 online data on-premise, splitting data to multiple Business Central instances, and integrating CRM data with a specialized geo-information system to notify customers of service disruptions. They required a solution that was simple to implement and could work with custom and industry-specific applications.

CRMPlus+ implemented KingswaySoft's SSIS Integration Toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the SSIS Productivity Pack. The solution provided the flexibility to handle all the client's unique requirements, including processing XML from the geo-information system. The results were significant time and cost savings; a project that took months with a previous vendor was completed in just 120 hours. The successful integration now allows for immediate customer notifications of service issues. The client has since expanded its use of KingswaySoft to integrate with HubSpot.
