SMS Management & Technology was engaged by their client, Mental Health Commission WA, to merge data from two legacy systems into a single Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The challenge was to deduplicate patient and facility records during the migration to create a single, clean database for improved data visibility and access.

The tool successfully managed the complex migration, identified and merged duplicate records according to set rules, and consolidated the two databases. The result was a streamlined case management system with a single, accurate record for each contact. KingswaySoft provided a cost-effective and capable solution that SMS was very happy with, completing three successful migrations and planning to use the product again.
