Microsoft Corp partnered with Kingpin Communications to tackle a major engagement challenge: with a reduced field team and a large global partner base, Microsoft struggled to communicate with and build relationships across its ISV community. The company wanted better insight into ISV needs, perceptions, and technical roadmaps, while also improving awareness and brand perception.

Kingpin Communications delivered a global tele-outreach program for Microsoft’s Windows team, profiling and nurturing ISVs to identify the right Microsoft products and programs for each business. The campaign engaged 16,000 ISVs and generated 9,000+ conversions, while reducing cost per acquisition of digital responses by 92%; it also drove 81% of applications to the Ready for Windows directory and 89% approval of those applications.
