To create a next‑generation centralized analytics platform capable of delivering 360‑degree customer views and real‑time personalization, Lippo Group engaged Kinetica (with NVIDIA GPU acceleration) to modernize their analytics stack.
Kinetica implemented a distributed, in‑memory GPU database and analytics layer exposed via APIs to combine CRM, transaction, social, geospatial and behavioral data into unified customer profiles and ML‑driven recommendations. The platform delivers millisecond/sub‑second query latency for real‑time personalization across OVO and Lippo businesses, improving customer experience, conversion and campaign take‑up rates, enabling better inventory/product lifecycle decisions, and opening new data‑monetization channels — making Lippo Group the first Indonesian enterprise to deploy an AI, in‑memory GPU database with Kinetica.
