Mindtools Kineo developed a highly interactive digital e-learning module that used patient-perspective animation and audio scenarios to bring the standards to life. The solution was highly successful, reaching 96% of caregivers within five months. A follow-up survey found that 92% of caregivers could see opportunities to apply the standards to their work, and 83% had a practical takeaway they could begin using the next day.
