The solution implemented by Mindtools Kineo was a Totara-based LMS featuring a dashboard comparable to popular streaming services. This design-led approach organized content into topics and pathways, encouraging social and collaborative learning. The results were significant, with 25,000 course completions recorded in the first month alone—surpassing the previous four years' monthly averages by 3,000. Furthermore, 97% of the workforce is now enrolled on a learning journey, demonstrating high adoption and an openness to self-directed learning.
