Sony Europe launched The Knowledge Portal to deliver high-quality product training to dealers, resellers and customers across more than 30 countries. Their challenge was to create a cutting-edge, brand-led learning experience that increased access and engagement, improved proficiency with Sony Professional products, and provided automated tracking and reporting to measure success and support dealer account management.
Kineo delivered a Totara-based, Sony-branded portal with secure SSO integration to pro.sony, Eloqua and Salesforce, multilingual rollout and rapid eLearning production using Articulate Studio plus templates and trainer enablement so Sony could create content in-house. The result is a feature-rich, measurable learning platform with growing repeat usage, better insight into learner interests, improved targeted training and an ongoing partnership to continually enhance the service.
