Hewlett Packard needed a fast rescue for a Total Customer Experience (TCE) elearning project after the senior team rejected an initial vendor build as too long, boring and visually poor. With the launch under four weeks and a limited remaining budget, HP required a radical, rapid solution to salvage the programme.
Kineo proposed in two days and rebuilt the source material into a 15‑minute, story‑led module within four weeks, using HP employee "Customer Champions" stories, rapid scripting and art direction, iterative builds and frequent touchpoints. The short, engaging course launched in the HP community to strong feedback, delivering on time and effectively rescuing the project.
