SAP delivers accessible learning for 100,000 employees with Kineo

SAP sought to deliver consistent, accessible, and personalized learning across all devices. They partnered with Kineo to address gaps in their existing authoring tools, aiming to improve learner engagement, authoring efficiency, and reduce licensing costs.

Kineo implemented its Adapt Authoring Tool, which was internally hosted by SAP. The solution included significant accessibility enhancements and personalization extensions, allowing learners to see only relevant content. As a result, SAP standardized on the tool, which now has over 425 users, has produced more than 600 courses, and reaches approximately 100,000 employees, greatly increasing efficiency and consistency.
