The Scout Association, the UK’s largest mixed volunteer‑led movement with over 120,000 volunteers, needed an engaging safety e‑learning course that could be accessed anytime, anywhere and on any device. Compounding the brief was the need to match the high visual standard of a previous Flash‑based module while moving to a modern, multi‑device format.

Kineo rebuilt and converted the course using the Adapt HTML5 framework, delivering an innovative, responsive experience with immersive, scenario‑based activities and exploratory tasks to reinforce safety knowledge. The module has been launched to the Association’s 120,000 volunteers, received positive client feedback, and Kineo continues to expand the curriculum while further enhancing Adapt’s capabilities.
