Previously reliant on classroom sessions, store visits and printed guides, Nikon wanted an online solution that would create a community of expert, sales‑ready resellers rather than just get them “up to speed.”
Kineo delivered a three‑part approach—a clear vision, competitive elements and community—starting with a user‑tested product demo and a fully customised Moodle portal featuring gamification, tailored learning paths, rich resources, event calendars and robust tracking. A trial with a major retailer returned about 80% positive learner feedback, generated internal buzz, and led Nikon to pursue multi‑language rollouts, with stakeholders praising the fresh, engaging and effective training package.
