Kineo, a City & Guilds Group business, partnered with a leading global bank to deliver regulated sales onboarding elearning under tight time pressures. Frequent product updates and regulatory change meant the bank needed fast, flexible training that recognised new hires’ prior experience — a requirement that a traditional, scripted development process could not meet without missing launch deadlines.

Kineo used a rapid elearning approach that placed designers on site with bank SMEs, streamlined scripting and assembly into a five-day iterative build cycle using Articulate, and involved stakeholders throughout. The programme delivered nearly 30 hours of effective learning (elearning, workshops and a maintained onboarding site) on time, unlocking SME expertise, reducing costs and meeting the bank’s need for practical, relevant and regulatorily compliant sales training.
