A Kineo Case Study
The Institute of Directors (IoD), a long-established professional body for company directors, wanted to move more of its highly regarded, workshop-based leadership and governance programmes online. It commissioned Kineo to develop engaging elearning and a professionally branded, flexible Moodle LMS that would appeal to a director-level audience while supporting a restructured syllabus.
Kineo delivered technical online modules to complement face-to-face learning, built a self-manageable Moodle site integrated with the IoD CRM, and added quiz and social features to support a community of practice. A targeted marketing emagazine, the Directors’ Knowledge Toolkit, drove uptake; since relaunch more than 3,000 users have logged in, certificate exam activity rose 75% versus the prior period, site visits peaked at 23,777 during the March exam week, and user feedback has been strongly positive.
