ING reaches 1,900 learners and saves €966k with Kineo

ING, a global bank, needed to scale up its PACE innovation methodology across the business as part of its digital transformation. Their challenge was to move beyond initial face-to-face training to create a high-impact, engaging, and interactive digital learning experience that would bring its PACE community together. They partnered with the vendor Kineo to develop a new blended learning solution.

Kineo implemented a digital blended learning program using their Adapt Authoring Tool. The solution included responsive microlearning resources, virtual classrooms for practice, and a dedicated online community. This approach allowed ING to reach 1,900 learners in its first year, resulting in 70% of learners applying the skills to their work. The program saved an estimated €966,000 in costs and 900 days of time, demonstrating significant measurable impact for the customer.
