Implementing diverse learning journeys with a Learning Experience Platform for Reece

Reece, an Australian plumbing and bathroom supplies leader with 800 branches across Australia, New Zealand and the US, needed to move beyond a compliance‑centric, mobile‑unfriendly LMS to deliver diverse, on‑demand leadership development. The business wanted faster content production, blended and personalised learning that fit busy branch schedules and supported a growth mindset.

Working with Kineo, Reece ran human‑centred Design Labs and launched a consumer‑grade Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and a suite of micro‑learning journeys (Explore, Practice, Coach) that deliver 5–10 minute spaced daily experiences. Phase 1 launched in 2019 as the Future Leaders Now program; content is built by Reece for Reece, is mobile‑friendly, released weekly, and has driven higher engagement, improved learning transfer and a culture of continuous upskilling.
