Frávega, founded in 1910 and operating 120 branches across Argentina, is a customer‑centred retail chain focused on user experience, guarantees and financing. Facing a need to modernise and digitise its learning and development, Frávega wanted to transform its LMS into a daily destination, update traditional training content, and embed a culture of transparency and consistent performance management through more engaging, people‑centred learning.
Kineo built two brand‑guided, multi‑device elearning courses using Adapt, featuring videos, interactive components and knowledge checks, and a personalised visual design using real employee imagery. The customised, digestible courses increased learner engagement, met L&D and ROI requirements, adhered to strict deadlines, and delivered positive outcomes for individuals and the organisation through close collaboration.
