A Kineo Case Study
Education New Zealand, the Crown agency charged with marketing New Zealand as a study destination, needed a cost‑effective way to train international education agents who influence student decisions. Annual face‑to‑face workshops were unsustainable and costly, so ENZ engaged Kineo Pacific to develop an online programme that would improve agents’ product knowledge, professionalism and ability to recruit students.
Kineo Pacific built story‑driven e‑learning modules and deployed them on a Totara LMS with multilingual support, scalable licensing, robust reporting and a branded interface. Since the August 2013 launch the portal has cut travel costs, boosted agent satisfaction and uptake, grown the agent network from 566 to 1,550, is used for staff induction and won a Platinum LearnX Award for Best Online eLearning Model.
