easyJet boosts course completions by over 50% with Kineo

easyJet, a major airline with over 14,500 employees, faced the challenge of modernizing its outdated and underused learning management system to build a stronger learning culture. Their existing Online Learning Academy (OLA) on an old Totara platform suffered from poor engagement, outdated content, and fragmented reporting. To close skills gaps and support hybrid working, easyJet partnered with Kineo for a complete transformation of both its learning platform and content.

Kineo worked with easyJet to implement Totara Kineo Edition, creating a fully integrated learning ecosystem. The solution included a full content overhaul and leveraged the platform's capabilities for a blended learning approach. The results were significant, including a more than 50% increase in seminar completions and a 93% compliance rate. The revitalized platform achieved a 100% learner usefulness rating and successfully repositioned OLA as easyJet's central hub for development.
