Credit Suisse delivers new product knowledge in a fun, immersive way

Credit Suisse, the Zurich-based multinational bank, launched Viva Kids in 2017 — a banking package for children that includes Switzerland’s first digital money box, Digipigi. The challenge was to quickly introduce this very different product to Sales Units in an engaging, informative way, since their first exposure to Viva Kids would be via online learning and needed to be eye-catching and on-brand.

Kineo created a short, single-scrolling Adapt course combining a high-production customer-journey video, interactive scenes, animated graphics, sound effects and bold illustrative art direction to showcase Digipigi and the Viva Kids package, with links to deeper resources. The result was a playful, immersive launch tool that effectively communicated the concept and won praise from Credit Suisse leaders.
