Levi’s, the global denim brand with 500+ stores in more than 100 countries, needed to bring its franchise channel up to the same performance and customer-experience standards as its company-operated stores. Franchise outlets showed inconsistent look-and-feel, lower productivity and customer ratings, and the Retail Partner Group had limited influence over too many and not always the right partners; the solution needed to scale across 29 countries with multiple languages and cultural contexts.
Kineo and Levi’s created the Partner Playbook — a brand‑inspiring, multilingual, multi‑device interactive app and SCORM learning package containing modular courses, best-practice guides, templates, audits, media, and analytics (with language selector, glossary and progress tracking). The tool became a single source of truth that standardized expectations and ways of working, helped onboard and improve partners, and drove engagement: one month after launch the Playbook averaged 5 views per person, totaled 1,187 content views (96% via the app), mostly from target markets.
