Bridgestone, a global leader in tire technology, needed a more engaging and user-friendly learning hub for its network of over 2,500 independent dealers. Faced with a crowded market of dry, technical training and uninviting designs, the company sought a light, bright, and easy-to-navigate platform that would build dealer confidence and keep Bridgestone top of mind at point of sale.
Using the open-source Totara Learn platform, Bridgestone and Kineo implemented regular updates, gamification (leaderboards, points and monthly quizzes), seamless integrations with partner systems, and a redesigned UX with accordions and personalised learner journeys. The result is a constantly evolving, easy-to-use site with 100+ courses that drives engagement, improves dealer product knowledge and sales skills, and keeps Bridgestone ahead of competitors.
