City & Guilds Kineo partnered with BP to deliver "Operations Essentials," a global blended-learning program aimed at raising safety and operational performance. BP needed to train more than 12,000 first- and second-level leaders—largely shift-based and dispersed worldwide—to embed systematic ways of operating and strengthen safety culture.

Kineo built a technology-led blend co-created with BP subject-matter experts, piloted with 250 learners and supported by a multi-channel campaign including leadership endorsements, manager engagement and regular communications. The program achieved over 50,000 e‑learning completions for key modules, 8,000 workshop attendances, a 96% completion rate for modules started, measurable improvements in risk assessment and a sustained shift toward elearning as a core capability.
