Banco Patagonia's L&D team needed a flexible and efficient LMS platform to train its 3,000+ employees and required dynamic integration with its existing human resources system to migrate thousands of user records. They partnered with Kineo to implement a Totara Learn solution that could meet these specific challenges.

Kineo developed a branded, intuitive Totara Learn platform for Banco Patagonia, featuring a seamless HR integration using a custom script for data syncing. This solution enabled the successful migration of over 29,600 completed learning entries for 3,300 users. The result was an optimized learning environment that manages over 44,000 learning hours annually, for which Kineo and Banco Patagonia won the Totara Award 2020 for Best LMS.
