A Kineo Case Study
The Australian Sports Anti‑Doping Authority (ASADA) and the National Integrity in Sport Unit (NISU) needed to take a successful, facilitator‑led ethics workshop online to reach more athletes and support personnel. Their 90‑minute face‑to‑face program, built around scenario‑based discussions and ethical dilemmas, had to be replicated digitally without compromising the open, non‑judgmental exploration of values (and without tracking responses), while also condensing theory into bite‑sized learning for multi‑device access.
Kineo built a bespoke, scenario‑based e‑learning course on the Adapt Framework that carries learners’ selected values through three realistic scenarios, prompting reflection and revisiting choices. Since launch in October 2016 the optional course has had 331 completions, with 88% of 156 survey respondents satisfied or very satisfied and over 86% saying they’re more likely to consider values when making integrity decisions; the project also won a Platinum LearnX award in 2017 and received strong learner feedback.
