Artex Multi-Device Product Knowledge Elearning

Kineo, a City & Guilds Group business, developed a multi-device elearning programme for Artex to deliver product knowledge to B&Q shop-floor staff. Artex wanted a fresh, cost-effective alternative to face‑to‑face training that fit retail realities—employees who are on their feet with limited time—and that would boost staff confidence, knowledge and the quality of customer conversations to support sales.

Kineo created a responsive, Adapt-based solution: short, flexible, BYOD-friendly modules that act as a “lead‑in” to in-store shelf-edge labels and product packaging. The untracked, multi-device training is accessible anywhere, encourages dipping in and out of learning, integrates with B&Q’s L&D platform, and has been praised for its visuals and ease of use—contributing to a more fluid learning culture and better-equipped store teams.
