Rolls‑Royce needed a flagship elearning piece to support the global dealer launch of Dawn — their first elearning project — that would fully inform sales staff about the car’s styling, origins, technology and options and enable them to confidently tailor pitches and close sales. The challenge was to create the “Rolls‑Royce of elearning” that engaged both seasoned salespeople and complete newcomers through a true learner‑led experience.
Kineo used Adapt to deliver a multi‑device, multi‑language, gamified course that lets learners choose tutorials or jump straight into a timed interactive challenge of realistic customer simulations; decisions immediately show consequences and link back to targeted tutorials if needed. The solution was delivered on time and budget, earned strong global feedback (notably from the US), is being translated into Mandarin, and prompted client praise and plans to replicate the gamification approach.
