easyJet, the UK’s largest airline and Europe’s 4th biggest, needed a better way to induct nearly 1,500 new hires each year. Using its Online Learning Academy and Totara LMS, easyJet wanted a blended onboarding programme that would improve message consistency and help new joiners feel connected to the business and its culture more quickly.
Kineo created a brand-led blended induction experience using digital learning designed in Articulate Storyline, with short engaging modules that reflected easyJet’s strategy, values and culture. The result was a sustainable, easy-to-maintain solution that people loved, helped simplify and join up induction across multiple job families, and supported easyJet’s in-house content development through shared templates.
