The Football Association (The FA) sought to modernize its educational programs through its FA Education arm, moving away from exclusively in-person delivery. Their legacy systems were outdated and restrictive, so they needed a cost-effective, blended learning solution from a vendor. They partnered with Kineo to implement a new platform that could handle automatic prerequisite checks, CRM integration, and ecommerce for numerous county organizations.

Kineo developed a bespoke learning platform built on Totara Learn, creating custom plugins for single sign-on, CRM, and ecommerce integration with Barclays SmartPay. The solution included a massive data import and used dynamic audiences to manage learner pathways. The results were highly successful, with the platform becoming fully integrated into The FA's operations. Kineo's solution enabled the delivery of blended learning to 10,000 learners in the first six months, accounting for 25,000 hours of CPD, and is now embedded in their most prestigious courses.
