Capitol Credit Union sought to reduce operational costs, transition transactions to more efficient channels, and improve its member experience. To address this challenge, the credit union partnered with Kinective and adopted its Teller Workflow Solutions as part of a strategy to create a more retail-friendly branch environment in Austin, TX.
Kinective implemented its core-integrated NEXT self-service machine and its NOMADIX tablet-based teller interface. This technology allowed for self-service, assisted-service, and full-service transactions, which freed associates to focus on advisory interactions with members instead of processing transactions. The solution was highly effective, saving thousands of dollars and hours; a task that previously required two full-time employees now requires only half of one.
