Pioneer Federal Credit Union, a growing credit union in Idaho, sought to eliminate inefficiencies in its new open-branch design. Kinective implemented its RTA solution across Pioneer FCU's 13-branch network. This allowed any staff member to securely process transactions from anywhere in a branch, finally enabling the true universal associate model.
