Kettering Health Foundation Increased Grateful Patient Giving 169% with iWave GPP Solution

Kettering Health Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Kettering Health, needed to scale its End-of-Year Grateful Patient Program and engage more patients in giving. To support that goal, it worked with Kindsight, using the iWave Grateful Patient Solution to help prioritize outreach and align segmentation with patients who had philanthropic capacity.

Kindsight helped Kettering Health Foundation expand its outreach from about 7,500 to 17,628 prospects, a 139% increase. The campaign generated 89% more gifts and 169% more total giving, while average gift size rose 42% to $193, demonstrating that thoughtful, screening-informed expansion can drive meaningful growth.
