CEVA Logistics, a global third‑party logistics provider, was engaged by a technology company struggling with constrained warehouse capacity, partial deliveries and frequent claims. The client operated across B2B, B2C and reverse flows in multi‑leg transport but used disparate ERPs and carrier systems, leaving logistics and customer service teams with limited visibility, no centralized tracking or KPI analysis, and difficulty meeting their 97% delivery commitment.

CEVA consolidated operations at its French facility and implemented the Kinaxis Control Tower to integrate the client’s ERP, SAP and carrier systems into a single view, automate order consolidation, milestone planning and event management, and enable real‑time collaboration and re‑planning. As a result CEVA supported 10–15% annual growth, handled about 300 orders per day (100K+ per year) with three dedicated staff, achieved 96.7% OTIF (a 7% improvement versus the prior carrier), and won additional business.
