Kimble Applications implemented a single, cloud PSA platform with dashboards and heat‑map capacity planning, enabling daily mobile entry of time, expenses and invoices and feeding real-time project data to finance and partners. The outcome: faster revenue collection (Praxis is now collecting more invoices in under 60 days), clearer utilisation and realisation forecasts for 3/6/9 months, improved reporting accuracy, and greater operational efficiency and staffing decisions thanks to Kimble’s visibility tools.
