Entero AG, a German business and IT consultancy with two offices, 37 employees and ten subcontractors, needed to restructure its organization and improve demand forecasting and operational transparency after outgrowing spreadsheets. After trialing a custom PSA on Salesforce and evaluating alternatives, Entero AG chose Kimble Applications’ SaaS solution on Force.com to support its new business-unit structure.

Kimble Applications implemented its PSA in early 2015, bringing immediate visibility and discipline to timesheets, billing and forecasting. The solution drove a 3–4% increase in chargeable work, higher billing rates, 90% of invoices issued within three days (vs 10–12 days previously) with faster payments and improved cash flow, plus stronger management reporting and forecasting to inform recruitment and business decisions.
