PC game developer makes the leap to iOS and Android with Kii and Unity

BlueGiant Interactive, a Hyderabad-based independent game studio known for PC strategy games like Tryst and APOX Legend, wanted to move into mobile gaming but lacked experience managing mobile games. The company needed help with user and data management, backend analytics, and server scalability as it prepared games for iOS and Android.

BlueGiant Interactive chose Kii Corporation and its Kii Game Cloud Platform, along with the Unity SDK, for user management, data management, analytics, and China services. The platform integrated easily with the studio’s Unity-based development process, reduced pressure on its team, and gave BlueGiant a flexible, scalable backend for pre-release games as it planned features such as A/B testing and support for the Chinese market.
