A KickUp Case Study
Camdenton R-III School District, a Missouri K-12 district serving more than 4,000 students, was looking for a better way to manage teacher walkthroughs and evaluations. The district needed district-level data trends for central administration and detailed information for building leaders, but manual analysis of evaluation data was time-consuming and made it hard to identify patterns or support teacher growth effectively.
Using KickUp’s professional growth module, Camdenton built customized evaluation workflows centered on personal growth plans, student learning outcomes, check-ins, walkthroughs, and end-of-year evaluations. KickUp helped align the district’s CSIP framework with individual teacher goals and made data immediately usable for improvement. As a result, Camdenton saw a 5% increase in teachers meeting or exceeding target achievement goals, a 10% improvement in “Excellent” PD ratings, and more than a 20% increase in “Using student data to inform instruction,” along with a 10% boost in student engagement survey results.
