U.S. Taekwondo Center, a four-location martial arts school in Colorado Springs, needed a reliable, internet-based management system to better handle attendance, student updates, and communication across its growing business. Owner Jay Lee also wanted a solution that could support staff development, student retention, and future expansion, including the possibility of opening a fifth location.

Kicksite provided the school management software U.S. Taekwondo Center was looking for, replacing a previous computer-based system and giving the team access to school information from outside the school. According to Jay Lee, Kicksite has helped improve attendance tracking and student updates, and the school expects it to continue supporting communication and growth; U.S. Taekwondo Center currently serves approximately 1,000 students, with Kicksite in place since 2012.
