T.M. Lewin used Kickdynamic to improve email campaign engagement and connect online activity with its physical stores. The retailer wanted a gentler way to create urgency during Black Friday while also driving footfall to nearby stores.

Kickdynamic helped T.M. Lewin add subtle timers that showed only the number of hours left to redeem an offer, then switched the expired timer to new arrivals content after Black Friday. Kickdynamic also enabled store locations to be pinned on a map and personalized directions to be generated from the recipient’s exact location to the closest T.M. Lewin store.
