Mobiles.co.uk wanted its Black Friday email campaigns to stand out and add credibility to deal content. To do that, the retailer worked with Kickdynamic, using live email social proofing in a Black Friday deal email.

Kickdynamic’s polling tool added live click counters over key deal pods, with counts updating each time a recipient clicked through. The email also showed click counts only after a certain number had been reached, and a “hot deal” badge appeared on highly engaged products. The campaign delivered a 55% CTR for customers registered for Black Friday, a 29% overall CTR for Black Friday, and a 73% increase in orders over Black Friday.
